Broadleaf takes minority equity stakes in financial planning businesses and then provides support in various ways.
Broadleaf does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and does not provide financial product advice. Broadleaf does not hold an Australian Credit Licence (ACL). Broadleaf’s involvement in financing arrangements is limited to business and commercial purposes conducted with business counterparties and does not extend to consumer credit as defined under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth).
Broadleaf does not manage funds on behalf of third parties and does not operate, nor does this Website describe, a managed investment scheme. Each investment made by Broadleaf is a direct, individually negotiated commercial transaction and is not part of any pooled or collective investment arrangement.
