At maturity, the community looks like this

Broadleaf’s vision is a curated community of 40 to 50 high-quality financial planning businesses, located across Australia’s major cities, majority owned by the people who work in them, and generating durable, recurring revenue from clients who rely on them across decades.

40–50 quality partner businesses
across Australia
60,000+ client families served
by the community
$1B+ implied enterprise value
at maturity

Broadleaf holds a minority stake, on average around 25%, in each partner business. It does not control them. It does not absorb them. It serves them: providing capital, community, governance support and long-term partnership.

As the community matures, excess cash flows fund progressive dividend growth, share buybacks, and a secondary market that provides natural liquidity, without requiring the whole enterprise to be sold to generate it.

This is not a roll-up. It is not financial engineering. It is a curated ecosystem, a self-perpetuating flywheel of quality, trust, growth, cash flow and reinvestment.

Investor fit

This investment is not for everyone. We think that is a feature, not a problem.

Broadleaf is right for you if…

  • You think in decades, not quarters and expect strong returns to reward that patience
  • You want income along the way: an annual progressive dividend, growing as the community grows
  • You are comfortable with a long-term orientation, knowing a secondary market exists if circumstances change
  • You believe culture and alignment are drivers of financial performance, not soft considerations
  • You want to understand what you own, a real business, with real cash flows, serving real clients.

Broadleaf is not right for you if…

  • You need guaranteed short-term liquidity as your primary requirement
  • You are primarily optimising for the highest possible near-term return
  • You are indifferent to what you own or how it operates
  • You see Australian financial planning as a commodity sector.
